I do virtually no self promotion. I don't make unsolicited phone calls nor mass mailings. My successs is a direct result of the work I do--90% of my business comes from referrals from satisfied clients and other agents and repeat business from past clients. This allows me to spend my time marketing my listings and serving my buyers, NOT prospecting for new business.
